1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 777fub platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3Account Registration

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on the 777fub platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your 777fub account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 777fub immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

777fub reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent, or where the account is being used in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777fub platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 777fub supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Filipino players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (issued by a Philippine bank)

777fub does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

Deposits are generally credited to your 777fub wallet immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take between one (1) and five (5) business days to process, depending on the payment method and any applicable compliance checks.

777fub reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks in accordance with Philippine law.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 777fub reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 777fub platform — including online slots, live casino games, bingo, cricket betting, and MT Live — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

All casino-style games on 777fub use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer systems that have been independently audited for fairness and randomness. The outcome of each game is determined solely by the certified RNG or live dealer process and cannot be influenced by 777fub or any player.

The following general gameplay rules apply across all 777fub games:

• Wagers placed are final once confirmed. 777fub does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 777fub will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings obtained through such exploitation.
• 777fub reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of collusion, fraud, or manipulation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

777fub may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus terms applicable to all 777fub promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 777fub reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.

• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777fub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or that is intended to circumvent Philippine AML regulations.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777fub staff or other players through any communication channel.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 777fub platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of 777fub or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 777fub platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 777fub content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform or its software.
• Use any 777fub trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or that implies endorsement without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of 777fub intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

9Privacy & Data

777fub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 777fub Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and Philippine AML obligations.
• Providing customer support and responding to your inquiries.

777fub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777fub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Account Suspension & Termination

777fub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or payment fraud.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

You may close your 777fub account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 777fub reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, 777fub may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

12Responsible Gaming

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 777fub platform or these Terms & Conditions, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the 777fub customer support team. 777fub will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, where applicable, or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

14Amendments

777fub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777fub will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the 777fub platform following the posting of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
